VALENT / WEBSITE REVIEW / 14 OCTOBER 2026
Ready for the next review.
The design is established. This pass adds bespoke training, a paid assessment offer, people and attributed Gist case studies.
What has changed.
All four Insights now use the complete articles from Valent Website Launch Insights v2. Their URLs, categories and links to the Visibility System are retained. Sample article labels have been removed. The AI discovery article includes links to its Google and Bing sources.
The homepage, training and enquiry copy have been reviewed against Valent Tone of Voice 1.1: bold minimalism that remains understandable and relatable. The copy uses clearer buyer language, more specific next steps and proportionate claims. The design, five visibility dimensions and service scope remain intact.
What to check.
- Read the homepage from proposition to enquiry. Does each section make its point clearly?
- Review the four Insights, including their introductions, source links and related articles.
- Check whether the event descriptions and enquiry wording reflect how you want people to engage.
What still needs a decision.
| Area | Before launch |
|---|---|
| Assessment | One-week snapshot at £250 per service is confirmed. Finalise service boundaries, deliverables and applicable tax wording. |
| Insights | Confirm the final byline and publication dates. “Valent editorial” remains the provisional byline. |
| Visibility stories | Three supplied Gist studies are adapted with attribution. Brewlune is labelled a synthetic experiment; measurement limits are retained. |
| Events and training | Bespoke, paid training on brand visibility and GEO, online or in person. Supply the calendar booking URL and finalise fees and invoice terms. |
| People and company | Review Matthew and Craig’s short biographies and personal LinkedIn links. Confirm final Valent links before launch. |
| Production | Opalstack hosting is confirmed. Sanity Studio is deployed and the website build reads published CMS content. Connect Opalstack deployment and automatic rebuilds; identify the enquiry owner and connect the forms and invoice-request workflow. |
Private briefings and weekly/subscription offers have been removed. Assessment and Contact are now in the main navigation. Old programme links lead to the new training page.
Forms are still previews.
The contact form demonstrates the enquiry flow; an email link offers a working contact route. Training uses email until the calendar URL is supplied. They send nothing, take no payment, issue no invoice and reserve no places. Preview notices remain visible. Training is designed around a request followed by confirmation of availability and fees, invoicing and booking confirmation under agreed terms.
Keep the movement useful.
The existing headline, row, logo and diagram entrances replay when elements return into view. Reduced-motion preferences and the footer control remain available. Desktop and mobile browser testing is still outstanding; no visual or performance pass is claimed.
Prepare for launch.
- Approve the copy and resolve the content decisions above.
- Connect the CMS, enquiry delivery and invoice-request workflow. Test success and failure handling.
- Confirm font and image permissions, privacy information and business details.
- Set production URLs, a sitemap, redirects and appropriate structured data. Keep this review site out of search; remove noindex only from approved production pages.
- Test navigation, forms, motion, accessibility and performance on desktop and mobile.
- Approve the staging site before connecting the production domain.
This remains the partner-review site. Sanity CMS is configured and deployed. Production deployment to Opalstack, automatic rebuilds and domain migration remain outstanding.
