What should change on Monday?

Turn visibility findings into priorities your team can own, act on and review.

A visibility report should help your team decide what to do next. If it leaves everyone unsure where to start on Monday, the findings need more interpretation.

A missing mention, an outdated description and an unclear service page may all matter. Work out what each means for the buyer before deciding on the response.

Explain why the finding matters

Start with what you observed. Which audience and question were involved? Where did the result appear? Is it a pattern or a single result? Keep the source.

Then explain the implication. An incorrect service description is a fact you can check. Its effect on consideration is something to investigate. Keep the distinction clear.

Ask what the gap prevents a buyer from understanding or assessing. That connects the finding to a useful business question without claiming it proves lost revenue.

Choose the right priority

Act now when an important fact is wrong or a clear obstacle can be removed. Build next when you need a stronger explanation or better evidence. Monitor when the finding is too uncertain or inconsistent to justify a change.

For example, a new specialist service may still have an old description on your website. Correcting it could be an immediate task. Developing evidence for the new offer is further work. One omission from an AI answer may warrant monitoring.

Give each response its own purpose. A team should be able to see what it is changing and why.

Make the action easy to own

Name the task precisely: update the description on specified pages, add evidence for a particular buyer question or correct an outdated profile.

Give it an owner, a review date and a clear completion check. A short list of priorities with people responsible for them helps the work move into the business.

Be realistic about what is involved. A copy correction may be quick. A case study may need client permission, supporting evidence and input from several people.

Check what changed

Keep the baseline and revisit comparable questions and conditions. Record what you changed, what improved and what still needs attention. Search results and AI answers vary, so look for patterns rather than relying on a single later result.

Where useful, connect the review to enquiry quality and commercial evidence. Better accuracy is progress in its own right; it does not establish that a change caused a sale.
